This was a perfect apartment-like rental for a get away. Very nice lodging, full kitchen, washer and dryer in room, secure and peaceful. Located near our desired places to visit.
Absolutely terrible experience! I would give no stars if I could! We traveled 14 hours via car only to arrive at the destination with no place to sleep. The booking via VRBO still showed as valid. However someone emailed us and cancelled us while we were traveling and didn't really have access to email. When we arrived he had an email cancellation from Kasa.
