Great location. Easy check in. Clear and timely communications. Exactly as appears in the pictures = pretty spartan furnishing but that’s ok. A coffee maker would have been nice but not essential esp as there are multiple coffee places within a quick walk.
Disappointed with the condition of our unit at Kasa Village District Raleigh. The bathroom toilet was actively leaking, with water pooled on the floor around the base. The water supply shut-off valve behind the toilet was heavily corroded and rusted, and there were water stains streaking down the wall behind the tank. The floor was also dirty and stained. Parking was available. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The place was in a really nice area.
