Enjoyed our stay at Kasa Village District Raleigh! Very convenient location close to a grocery store and several locally owned restaurants. Super close to NC State and only a few miles from the Lenovo Center! Loved how easy it was to check in as well as check out. Would recommend to anyone wanting to avoid staying at a dirty motel. Had access to a fully stocked and functional kitchen, a smart TV and a pull out couch. Room also included a washer and dryer. RENT A HOTEL ROOM INSTEAD. They’ll try and charge you for early check in, late check out, security deposit with option of small non refundable fee, and $10 parking a day. I’m sure there’s something else i might be forgetting they’ll try to charge me for. I’ve never had a hotel try to charge me $41 for early check in when the room is already ready. The room was dirty, stains on carpet and pull out couch. Crumbs in the couch and flys + mosquito bothering me the whole time. The whole bathroom is outdated and needs work done. Th... read more
