Wonderful. Far better than a hotel and almost as good as being at home!
This was absolutely a delightful experience ! I did not know what to expect when I booked it originally, until I started communicating with the most professional , efficient and thoughtful staff at Kasa. Everything I needed or had questions about , before my arrival was answered in less than 10 minutes . Do not book here! We couldn't even check in due to their check in issues. They kept sending links that didn't work and staff was so unhelpful we had to eventually stay somewhere else. I wasted numerous days on hold with them to try and get this resolved. Save yourself the headache.
I stayed on the 6th floor and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I saw a cockroach inside, along with ants, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here.
