This place in Winston-Salem was convenient, clean, and most of all very secure. The concierge service was very responsive and answered my questions pretty fast. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Location is also downtown and within walking distance of so many food options.
The apartment was super convenient, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again when doing business at the convention center.
Couldn't have gone any more smoothly. The 100% digital check-in and building access was wonderful. Place has a great vibe. My particular apartment was in a retro-fitted 1928 building. Nicely appointed, awesome bed, but also had exposed painted concrete ceilings, HVAC ducts, etc. Had that "loft" feel, which I found super cool! No dresser, though. Not a negative, just something to be aware of.
Kasa was quick to address any concerns we had. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, breweries. Lots to do and see. Apartment was clean and modern. Very secure as well.
