Very clean, parking, close to all amenities we needed. Building is very quiet. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed at a Kasa in Denver and loved it! The Arlington Kasa (528) this time around not so much. We typically have someone on the “couch bed” unfortunately as soon as we walked in the couch was filthy, it had water stains, something that looked like blood on the sides. We reached out to the online Kasa, they said to put linens over it until someone could come and clean it. We used the linens for the couch bed. This place is absolutely amazing! Our first experience of Downtown Arlington was incredible because of Kasa. The apartment was beautiful and the neighborhood is very pleasant, even with the mixture of the college campus

Pontos positivos: ambiente espaçoso, mobiliado, com Wi-Fi, aquecimento ok. Eletrônicos funcionando ok. Pontos negativos: pra não dizer sujo, não estava muito limpo, portas de acesso ao estacionamento não funcionam, elevador não funciona, academia com pouquíssimos equipamentos e muito suja, colchão afundado. Atendimento telefônico bem demorado. Fica aqui nossa experiência no local, mas acho que não voltaria a ficar lá. A falta do elevador realmente fez muita falta.

I had a great stay, nice location at my room very clean and nice.
