Since this is an apartment complex and not a hotel, it should not populate with hotels. It is a fraudulent representation that people rely upon. Get it off of the hotel listing.

BEFORE READING PLEASE NOTE: I have never left a 1-star review for anywhere until this. Easily one of the worst "hotel" experiences I have ever had. I put hotel in quotes because upon booking they completely mis-represent themselves. It's not a hotel, it's an apartment building that rents out some of its rooms under this Kasa brand. There is nothing resembling a front desk or help of any kind. I never found the swimming pool from the photos online, not sure that actually exists for hotel guests just for apartment residents...... read more

This hotel I booked well in advance for a ceremony that I was a part of that’s close by to the convention center that I needed to be a part of for my work. I’m not from this area so I was already hard finding a hotel that was close by. Less than two weeks to the event, they decided that they just didn’t wanna host Short rentals anymore and canceled me.
