DO NOT BOOK WITH KASA.COM! SCAM! I could choose zero stars I would. Do not book with Kasa!! I booked a “refundable” reservation, and they did not refund when I needed to cancel for an Emergency. It is a scam. I paid more for a refundable rate and they kept my entire payment of $648. Absolutely Horrible customer service
Excellent place for a family vacation.
We had a really disappointing experience with our Kasa stay. The unit was dirty on arrival—bodily fluids on surfaces, sticky floors, and a non-functioning smoke detector. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained and looked nothing like the listing. We left immediately and requested a full refund with photo evidence. Kasa’s support team was responsive and polite, but ultimately only refunded one night out of a multi-night booking, despite the unit being uninhabitable.
