My girlfriend’s mother booked a stay at Kasa Alexandria for a long weekend break exploring DC. We were extremely excited about a stay here as it looked like exactly what we wanted, had good reviews, and (most importantly) was “pet friendly.” After calling to ensure the breed and size of our dog was okay (which it was), she attempted to pay the pet deposit. Staff was phenomenal and extremely kind. The room itself was cleaned spotless when we arrived and stocked with way more than we were expecting which was a really nice surprise. Staff even helped me find a lost item and returned it to me very promptly when it was my fault it was lost! Absolutely planning to stay here again
