The property was very clean and easy to get to by train and bus to/from the airport as well as the Capitol One Arena in D.C.. Several restaurants and a 7eleven nearby made it convenient for my quick trip to grab food. The building also has awesome amenities!! They provided easy directions (with photos!) to check in and a map of the building as it can be a little confusing at first, but wasn't difficult.

Kasa is a chain of apartment accommodations across the USA. We have in the past stayed at their Minneapolis Arrow Apartments in the University area thrice and found it an excellent experience and this one was no different. Located in Alexandria in Washington DC (in a nice neighbourhood-felt very safe walking around even in the night) it is a bit away from the city but we had our own vehicle so could commute to the centre in 20 mins (public transport is longer - buses take an hour). My prior review was strangely deleted. The main thing is, this is not a hotel. It is some apartments in a residential apartment building operating as a short term rental, like an airbnb. There appears to be no employee of Kasa on-site. Other units appear to be long term residents, for example my neighbor with a door mat in front of their unit that says "Leave your panties at the door". Google says it is a hotel, but it is not. I had issues, but no one is there to fix them.
