Greg is an awful person to work with. I rented a unit from him and had the place completely cleaned out and he charged over $800 saying it needed to be professionally cleaned. Had photos and video evidence it was already cleaned but he will do anything he can to get an extra dollar off you. No where in our lease did it even mention anything about cleaning the apartment and he charged us for normal wear and tear which is illegal.
