Rob is honest, accommodating and fun to chat with. He tried to make up for the minor hiccups and delays during the saftey certification process. The garage did a bit of a sloppy job fixing the exhaust leak but Rob tried his best to respect my wishes til I was satisfied. Since this was an unusual situation that demanded an unorthodox solution, I wouldn't hold it against Karz/7StopAuto and still recommend this spot for affordable, clean vehicles for all!
