“Extremely unprofessional experience” My recent phone interaction with Karyn Murphy, left me shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. Her tone was dismissive, condescending, and completely unnecessary, more like someone trying to win an argument than provide customer service. In real estate, communication should be respectful and solutions-focused, but what I received was the opposite.
