This was my third wonderful reflexology experience with Karyn who is a gifted practitioner. A beautiful peaceful and relaxing environment and she knows exactly what to do. My treatment was relaxing yet stimulating. Energy was definitely shifted and my feet felt more alive (I struggle with numbness) and awake than they have for a while. I've been having treatments with Karyn almost monthly for a year now. Every session is unique and all my needs are always met. Karyn takes extra time to make sure she knows exactly what's best for me and I leave every session feeling calm and centred. Whether it's Reflexology or Reiki, Karyn is a professional at what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is looking for high vibrational work.
