Dr. Karlin is an experienced neurologist who’s focused on being the best physician possible. She pinpointed my diagnosis after two other neurologists were unable to do so and came up with an effective treatment plan. She clearly explains her approach to managing MS and communicates thoughtfully and directly—I appreciate her honesty. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Karlin as my neurologist—under her expert care, my MS is held in check and I have a good prognosis.
What a horrible experience I had with this doctor I have never seen before. I didn’t want to see the previous dr because he was also extremely rude and condescending, but I had high hopes for Dr. Karlin. I’m extremely disappointed and upset about how she spoke to me. She tried to blame my mental health on my migraines and was very dismissive when I told her I knew my own body and know that my migraine attacks were not “anxiety attacks”. She has no patients and is cold in personality (she has good rare moments) She did figure some of my problems out that no one could but she's definitely arrogant. I don't get it. If you ignore that of her (which I think she may have a disorder herself) she will most likely pin point your issue. She's good BUT arrogant LOL ** I'm still a patient
