Dr Governale is a dream doctor!! So personable and caring. She is easy to talk to and answers all of my questions above and beyond what I even expect. She listens to everything that I’m concerned about, and she stays with me as long as it takes to make me feel like my questions have been answered.
Dr Governale is an excellent provider. Always willing to listen, to schedule appointments and very active/reactive on the patient portal with answers or med refills etc. I will continue going to her for my medical needs

What an utterly terrible experience working with this clinic, specifically Dr Governale. She is very unprofessional and overly emotional, the least skilled medical person I have ever interacted with really. Very low level of social and communication skills. She doesn't even have a phone number to call the office, just a call center and you never get called back. She ignored my prescription refill requests over and over and generally behaved as if she didn't like me, or care about my health at all. Last visit I had a swollen ... read more
