I set my mom up with Karyl to buy a home. I had previously met Karyl when my husband and I were home buying and selling. We interviewed her and a few others. I thought she was very kind, but we went a different route. Anyways, we ran into Karyl at an open house and she and my mom hit it off. My mom and her signed a 3 month contract and she became her realtor. During that time she was responsive, showed my mom 5-6 houses, she put in offers, but always declined (tough market).
