Kary has been the best realtor I’ve worked with, and I’ve worked with several throughout the years. She recently sold our home and helped us find a new one. Her strategy is smart and efficient and she made our needs her top priority. She was always one step ahead of the game in a very competitive market. We had multiple offers above asking price just after one weekend of showings. She also got our new home offer accepted against other competing offers.

I have to say, I have dealt with several realtors in the past and never have felt so comfortable with one of them as I did with Kary. She made it feel like she was just a friend hanging out with a couple friends. She listened to all our wants and needs and did not try to talk as out of anything or tacos in to anything. She took the information we provided to her and did the best she could in helping us. She was very attentive and thorough. Earlier this year I began looking for a new home and had the great pleasure of being introduced to Kary. She has been a great help to my wife and I in narrowing down our search for the perfect house. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs.
