Just found out today that are insurance is due tomorrow, thanks to the incompetence of Hastings Insurance we never received a bill. Thank goodness I thought to myself today that are insurance was due. It is a Holiday weekend and a Saturday I called Jordan, he took the information and it was a easy process we had new insurance in 20 minutes and to boot less money. Jordan showed outstanding customer service and care. I would encourage everyone to call him and get a quote. Thank you again Jordan for saving the day.

Really great to work with. I had two separate incidents (deer hit, and fender bender when parked) and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. One of them Jordan had to call several times and it happen to be before and during a holiday weekend. Once he got through Jordan was very informative on letting me know what was going on. He also, is a agent that does give you the personal touch instead of feeling like you are calling a call center!!
