First of all, I wanna thank the sales ribs. Management, which is *******, is a very good down. To Earth guy, I was at ********************. He was there my RV was acting up. He came over to the service Coach to try to get me marvy back on track. And also I want to thank the mechanic, ***** and his whole cool for helping me get my RV fixed when it went down through my warranty, thank you, Karv!
The only place in town that has down to earth salesman and excellent staff all around I went to them and was treated with respect and fairness I left there with a smile on my face and I guarantee you will to I met **** my salesmen and I immediately felt like I was in the right place I dare you to try and not have a good experience they have plenty of inventory and Im sure you will find what you and your family need to have a good time camping I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a camper trailer or co... read more

We purchased a 2022 Coachmen Nova last November. The whole crew was friendly, responsive, helpful professional and patient. No pressure at all. As we drove off the lot with the unit we found it tended to pull to the right. We immediately returned to the lot. This was mid-afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. The KARV crew confirmed the problem and made several calls using their local connections to connect us with a shop to correct the problem at their expense. Had been on the hunt for the perfect RV, and being a single female and older. I don't think the sales people out there really were taking me seriously... so after a whole lot of problems with other companies (lied to me or ignored me)....whose names I wouldn't dare drop here??
