Really fun yoga experience! I felt super relaxed after attending one of the classes.
Karuna Yoga Studio and its classes are among the best in Pleasanton. Each instructor brings a distinct approach to teaching, while remaining true to the authentic principles of yoga—integrating mind, body, and spirit in every posture. The studio itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing all the essential props necessary to support students in their practice. I joined Karuna Yoga in October 2024. Karuna is a welcoming environment that is far from pretentious. It has an accepting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome from your first class. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable, the class selection is great - very few yoga studios offer such a range of yoga styles from Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow to Restorative Yin - there really is something for everyone. We went for the teen classes and had such a great time! The teachers were super attentive and made sure everyone felt included and engaged. It wasn’t your typical yoga class it was fun, energetic, and really welcoming. The studio itself is beautiful, and the mural on the wall adds such a cool, creative vibe to the space. Highly recommend!
This yoga studio is everything i’ve been looking for! The atmosphere is peaceful and uplifting and the studio is creates a wonderful calming environment for yoga. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I would highly recommend Karuna! I’m very grateful I found this studio!!
