Bad / sloppy service They for 3 years patched my system with so called program changes or reprogramming after purchasing the alarm with remote start from them. Then they refused to service the unit citing too old of a unit etc.... and also claimed a replacement remote for one that was broken was probably not available and if so would take weeks. They advertise lifetime trouble free from installation to original owner. It has a lifetime manufacturers warranty. I took my vehicle to alarmtronics where I got a replacement remote... read more
Good Service I like this place. They have good service and very good prices. I have gotten everything from here from windows tinted to car systems. everything is great.
