I found it weird that when I showed up for my visit an older gentleman was picking up custom arch supports, while I waiting to see Dr Kartick I overheard the staff speaking on the phone about custom arch supports are not covered by insurance and they cost $450. I see the Dr. get xrays and I already know my condition can only be fixed with surgery. But first thing he said to me was I need custom arch supports that cost $450. (Red flag).
