I was really disappointed with my appointment. Dr. Prasad did not ask me any questions about any symptoms I might be having. I felt like he dismissed me before he even walked into the room because he immediately brought up my weight and assumed my issues were only related to me being overweight, (even though what I was referred to him for has nothing to do with weight) I did not feel listened to or cared for, and I left feeling judged and disappointed. I will be getting a second opinion.
Dr. Prasad performed an ablation procedure on me today and although it is early to assess the medical success of the procedure, I was very impressed with his explanation of the procedure both prior to after completion. He took his time in both cases to explain everything and it instilled confidence in his abilities to me
I had a Watchman Device implanted on 7-11-2019. My appointment was originally scheduled for June but his assistant called and literally said, “Dr Prasad is cancelling all of his June procedures and rescheduling them for July. He is so overwhelmed with his case load and he JUST CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE. SO HE IS TAKING THE MONTH OF JUNE OFF.” I couldn’t believe she told me this. He done an ablation on my heart & he done a terrific job...just Wonderful & it's been close to 10 years & I still feel great !!!
I had an ablation procedure by Dr Prasad a few months ago and was lpleased by the outcome. Dr. Prasad is very knowledgable and good at making you feel at ease. Thanks doc.
