This office is very unprofessional. They only care about money, and I mean every dollar. They terminated my relationship over a past due $5 bill. Ironically, I had already sent payment but that must have crossed paths with their rude letter. If you would offer online payment links on your bills you might get payment faster. I pay all of my bills online.
Misdiagnosed my child and wanted to start her on a very dangerous medicine. Thankfully got a second opinion.

Horrible experience with this Doctor!She was 55 minutes late to my appointment, and only stayed for not even 5 minutes and left me horrified. I had some freckles looking stuff on my torso and she asked me to removed my clothes and just wear my underwear and gown to do a full body scan, when she was checking my body she just started pulling down my panty and bra without warning or even asking for permission and exposing my private parts. Dr.K is very caring, thorough and informative. He’s the first dermatologist that I have actually liked and felt took the time for me. Would recommend!
I had already seen a couple derms in JAX regarding some issues I was having that had yet to be resolved, and decided to make an appt with Bold City since I heard great things about Dr. Bruker from some friends. First off, the office is super cute, clean and new, and located in a convenient retail center next to the Publix (which is always a +). I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Ferrer-Bruker at Bold City Dermatology for a couple months now and it’s time for a review. My first thought is that she is an authentically nice and decent person. Personable, thoughtful, and extremely competent. She knows more about Dermo that any clinician I have encountered. She can be directive when necessary, but also listens well, explains diagnoses and treatment options, and works with patients for suitable treatment. Excellent patient compassion skills, I took my Dad in to have some skin cancer lesions removed. He was excellent, as my Dad has Alzheimer’s and we can never gauge if he is gonna be a happy patient or a brat. The doctor handled him well an I was happy that they treated all the lesions at once, knowing it’s difficult to get him out of the house
First time seeing Dr. Ferrer for my long standing condition and she was very impressive. She took the time and sat down and explained my condition. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The procedure she had to perform on me could have been more traumatizing but she was quick and thorough. I found her to have the right balance of being both personable and professional, all while exuding confidence and immense knowledge making you feel you found the right doctor finally.
