Happy with Kartes I heard all the horror stories about building and how most builders are difficult to work with. When my husband and I moved into our Kartes home initially, we had the plan to move after a few years...8years later and we're still here. We LOVE our house, we LOVE our neighborhood. Problems will happen but it's how the builder handles them that makes the difference. You get what you pay for When you build a home with Kartes, you get what you pay for. They have rates far below competing builders, but you don't get air conditioning, you don't get a blacktop driveway, you don't get a lawn, or landscaping. All of those extra's add up quickly and to be honest- they never call you back.
