My wife and I were very excited to get a new home with Kartchner, but we had to pull away at the end of the day. We had been looking since January of 2020 and on March 2020 we finally contacted Kartchner Homes since their style of homes fit our taste and their prices seemed reasonable. We got pushed away, when Katie Staples (Kartchner's Agent) kept changing the quoted prices she would give us. Some communication problems along the way but Kartchner Homes came through and did a good job in addressing the concerns. Nice people.
We had Kartchner build our first home last year and it was an amazing experience! They were easy to work with and very responsive. Communication was key! We appreciated being informed about what was going on along the way and having a way to provide feedback. Builder Trend is an amazing app! I would swing by during the building process and visit with the framers. They worked hard and I felt like they built it like it was their home! It turned out being a dream home for us and we are extremely happy with the building process.... read more
