Exceptional care and attention from the doctors and staff at Kartar Health. Very quick to respond to questions across all platforms and front staff extremely dedicated to helping patients. This is my first experience with a private health clinic and honestly, I can’t imagine how it gets better than this!
Great staff and health is better than ever.
Horrible experience. I dealt with Dr. Rattan and Lynn, the receptionist. I had inquired about a couple of specific tests, but was given incomplete information. I was told the tests had been done, yet the report showed no mention of them. When I called back to clarify, the receptionist initially insisted everything was correct, and it was negative for the tests not mentioned on the report. After I asked for confirmation, she later admitted that the tests had been changed back in March and that the doctor was unaware of this. ... read more
