In the midst of a dental emergency characterized by intense pain, finding a dentist who accepted new patients and my insurance proved challenging. The individual who answered my call provided excellent assistance, scheduling an appointment that fit around my work commitments. Her kindness was evident. I had the same dentist for over 30 years but had to travel 1 hour to go there. I struggled finding someone local to New Castle that I felt comfortable with, then I visited Karski. All the staff are so friendly, gentle and great with my kids. They explain things and detail and treat you with respect. The office is clean and organized. I’m glad I made the switch. I highly recommend Karski!
