Please stay away from them! I’m warning you from personal experience — do not buy from them. They make broken cars look like gold just to sell them. Once you drive off, it’s nothing but repair after repair after repair, draining your money and putting you in debt. They are not trustworthy and offer zero help once the deal is done. Save yourself the headache — don’t fall for the shine!
John was great to work with. He described the van as having no rust and being from a southern state, which was true. He showed me the CarFax history, which documented the vehicle's past maintenance at a reputable Honda dealership. After I test drove it, I asked if there were any transmission leaks or other issues. UPDATE: Keeping previous review to show the change in emotions. The car I got still runs well and I've done a lot of maintenance on it. Overall, inspect the car very well and bring it to a good mechanic or spend a lot of time to catch the things the mechanics at Kars missed. Through working on my car, I've noticed a lot of things that are either a result of the mechanics at Kars or were missed and not fixed (I'm not sure which is worse). Resolved all issues I had with the car before buying. They had a carfax with a great history and I am confident my car will go another hundred thousand miles. Raed is a great salesman!
I live nearby and I literally watch them do patch work on everything I highly recommend you stay away!
