I have been calling these people again and again, and they have been hanging up the phone, again and again, not replying to messages or returning calls...not sure what got them to be so reactive, but completely unprofessional.
Decided to contract with Karrick to replace my HVAC system. Rick was very helpful when he came to my home to assess the job. He impressed me as being quite knowledgeable, and satisfactorily answered all my questions. Already recommended him to a co-worker, who will also be looking to replace an aging system.
Karrick installed our system for the previous owner who lived here - so when we need something, we call them. Well, it was cold - really cold (my houseplants died) because the heating system stopped working. We called and they were here ASAP, came in, and within 5 minutes had the system up and running! Luckily it was just a clogged inducer hose (says so on the bill) They are very reasonably priced and professional. I would recommend to everyone, no matter who installed your system!
