Poor management Model unit is nice while touring - new AC, proper remodel, high quality. Then you get to yours in the appliances are old, AC is aged. I had a work order open for a kitchen drain backing up and garbage disposal not functioning for 6 weeks with no resolution before moving out. After move out, management charged me for a fire extinguisher that was never installed during their remodel project before I moved into the unit. Karric Place is a great place to live!` Quiet, peaceful and great neighbors! Withing walking distance to mall, resturaunts and bars! Fun time during the memorial tournament! Great staff and fast maintenance!
Inconsistent and poor management overall Dublin is nice but this property management is not delivering what renters are paying for. Recommending you move forward with other options.
Bad service The Manger she's rude to the customers and the Appartment very old.

They just sent really nasty letters to the residents during this crisis. They don't care about anyone but themselves
it's not a bad place to live if you are young or older . Especially if need ir want 1 floor living without upper or lower neighbor.
Unsafe, crime, aggressive staff I have lived here for 2 years and things get worse and worse. Loved this place at the beginning, but not anymore. Crimes are happening in the community, such as break-ins and stalks. Never get a good solution from the staff in the office because the only thing they would do is blaming you and questioning you why you didn't be careful. rediculous. Small and very expensive. If you live in the North section (there’s north and south a couple blocks apart), you need to drive to the gym. Kinda crazy. They have a pool at both North and South Karric…they need a gym at both.
