They just sent really nasty letters to the residents during this crisis. They don't care about anyone but themselves
it's not a bad place to live if you are young or older . Especially if need ir want 1 floor living without upper or lower neighbor.
Small and very expensive. If you live in the North section (there’s north and south a couple blocks apart), you need to drive to the gym. Kinda crazy. They have a pool at both North and South Karric…they need a gym at both.
Karric Place was very professional, reasonably priced, and in a safe neighborhood. Whenever we submitted maintenance requests they were taken care of within 24 hours. Karric Place made us feel very welcome in our new city!
Great quite community!!!! Great staff
