Their care of my small animals was short and sweet, they couldn’t even LOOK at a bleeding guinea pig, the only option for my rat needing common antibiotics she was given before was now calling a vet in Perth and spending $700 per month to get them compounded at the local chemist when he was JUST on them at this vet (Shout out Pharmacy 777). The ONLY further care I could get for my 8+ small animals was to see Pilbara Vet Care (Dr Katy). They were extremely helpful for my elderly dog and her lung/heart problems. We are travelling with our puppies and have had the unfortunate incident of one of our dogs swallowing a baited hook. We were 30 minutes out of Karratha and contacted them on the phone. From our first contact to our last their kind and caring attitude was fantastic. Our dog was xrayed immediately on our arrival and went into surgery straight away. We were very lucky and our dog pulled through and is recovering well back with us. A big thank you for your help. David,Marie and most importantly little Lenny
TIme and time again this vet has come through for our family. I trust them as I would trust a medical service for humans. They do the hard work as their patients can't communicate like we can! Couldn't recommend their service enough! They go above and beyond for their patients and their families :)
Dr. Tammie Tan is an amazing vet. She took in my cat during a late-night emergency and cared for him for three days until he was stable. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated the whole time. If you want a vet who truly cares and stays calm in a crisis, she is the one to see.
