Dr. Tammie Tan is an amazing vet. She took in my cat during a late-night emergency and cared for him for three days until he was stable. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated the whole time. If you want a vet who truly cares and stays calm in a crisis, she is the one to see.
Don’t even know where to begin. The lady I dealt with over the phone was very helpful and kind, she recommended we come in, she had blonde hair and left not long after we got there. So Id give the star to her. The staff we dealt with afterward did not care in the slightest that our cat had to be put down. This was shocking to us as we did not expect it. My dog was hit by a car in onslow over the Easter long weekend. Her bottom jaw was clearly badly broken and eyes bloodshot from being struck on the head. she was bleeding heavily from her mouth i was scared and in shock that id lose my best mate muppet. Biggest and warmest shout out to Alex who treated our Muppet and went above and beyond for our baby girl. Thanks again Alex. Highly recommend this clinic .
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the staff at Karratha Vets. Our greyhound Dougie was hospitalised for 4 days after his kidneys and liver levels were more than 3 times what they should have been. The staff, especially Dr Alex, worked tirelessly to give him all the treatment and care he needed. They were considerate and compassionate, letting us come and visit him whenever we needed to. We brought Dougie back home today, and he is well on his way to a full recovery. We are endlessly thankful 🤩
