Was meant to get a phone call regarding results from surgery that I had done, never got a phone call. So I had to make multiple phone calls to get them to send my records to my local gp. Again had to make multiple different phone calls before getting through to the right area. I asked if I could have my own results emailed to me and was told I'd have to go through some "freedom of information" for my own results to be emailed. You'd think this was a third world country with this kind of service.
friendly, communicative staff. quiet, clean, modern hospital. Thanks Dr Oli, Nurses Belle, Paige and Annabel. Very good team, saved my right hand!
