Karratha health Campus is racist. They refused to help my son. We waited 4 and a half whole hours in the Emergency Room and we still couldn't get someone to help my son.My son was in pain but they still said they wouldn't help him. I even begged them and told them that my son was in pain. They said that If I can't wait any longer I could just go home. I realised that other children who were noticeably a different skin colour got help before us even though we were there before them. They didn't di anything but a X-ray that sh... read more

Was meant to get a phone call regarding results from surgery that I had done, never got a phone call. So I had to make multiple phone calls to get them to send my records to my local gp. Again had to make multiple different phone calls before getting through to the right area. I asked if I could have my own results emailed to me and was told I'd have to go through some "freedom of information" for my own results to be emailed. You'd think this was a third world country with this kind of service.
