Was very disappointed with my order as it costs a lot of money to buy & send, it was nothing what I ordered, will not be using them again. Just want to add I was not offered a refund at all. I actually said, what could be done as they have already been sent definitely no offer of refund…if I was told that as it was a late order and it couldn’t be filled I would not have proceeded with the purchase!

I rang up close to closing time today (Saturday) wanting to get flowers delivered, I knew my chances of getting them delivered the same day were next to slim but the lovely lady who took my order went out of her way to deliver my order after hours. Thank you so much. I highly recommend karratha florist and gifts.
