I needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Lori in the office helped work around my unpredictable work schedule to get the job done, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. Dr K gave me a detailed explanation of the procedure, and informed me of any possible complications. They gave me iv sedation, did the job well. Three days later, no pain yet, just a stiff jaw! Thank you to all for a job well done! Will definitely be back to this office if I need more procedures done, and will recommend to friends and family.
Never go to this place! Warn your family and friends. I was sent there as an emergency by Aspen Dental because they did not have an oral surgeon at their Ocala office, so they sent me to Frontier Oral Surgery. Keep watching for my next post I intend to show pictures of what my face and neck look like after he removed a molar. My daughter was traveling to Europe in a matter of days and needed emergency surgery to remove her upper wisdom teeth. We were extremely concerned. Laurie, Dr. Karpovck's nurse , was so helpful, concerned, and kind. We got my daughter scheduled and surgery took place. She was so nervous but Laurie and Dr. K took such good care of her ! She was out of surgery and all went perfectly. She is now in Europe with no tooth pain and feeling great. Highly recommend Dr. Karpovck!
I came in for a last minute emergency procedure to get my upper wisdom teeth removed. I was super nervous when I arrived but I was immediately put at ease by the wonderful nurse Laurie and the very knowledgable Dr K. I was really impressed by the entire experience. It could not have gone better. They are lovely people, I highly recommend them!
Do not trust this dentist nor his staff. Mistakes are not corrected, excessive surgery recommended for the $$. Do not stand behind their work, nor address any problems that arise. Once they have maxed out your care credit you are dead to them. Please do your homework, do not have work done here!!
