We had a problem with this dealership. Although we reached out to the owner we never heard from him. He just doesn’t seem to care about his customers. The service manager in the used car department was rude and hostile. Although we asked for 2 keys we were only given 1 key, after complaints we were told we would have to pay for it, we just bought the car and wanted to buy a second car. The manager couldn’t care less. Just tried to get more money out of us, BEWARE! Have to give 1 star or review wouldn’t post.
There is no short way to write this poor review so I will just write the facts. My poor review starts from the moment roadside assistance was called and to be fair, that portion of the service was contracted out, but Volvo itself needs to be accountable for their subcontractors. The towing company was over an hour late to get to the car that was broken down in a Target lot. After having been towed to Karp, it took them 2 hours to locate the car and another hour to find the key in the car. I was told the car was being diagnos... read more
