I purchased a 2020 forte GT today from karp and it was the easiest and smoothest process I've ever had buying a car. this is my 3rd new car and no process has ever been this easy. I didnt feel pressured. they seemed more interested in me being happy with what i got than just trying to sell me the car. Julio the sales manager is the man. i highly recomend going to see him if you are interested in a new kia.
Bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Forte here not even 2 weeks ago. As soon as I drove it off the lot I got home and noticed there was a large chunk of the rim and part of the tire missing. Contacted Jeff the salesman immediately and never got a response. My dad spoke to managers and corporate and again nothing has been done. They got our money and now they don’t care about anything else. We have since ordered a new tire and rim from another Kia dealership in the area. They are horrible. I bought a brand new 2020 Forte Ex and they delivered it with a damaged tire and rim . The salesman Jeff Ruocco and sales manager Julio Guiana have been jerking me around for 3 weeks and won’t replace the damaged parts . Kia Corporate was no better , they said the dealership won’t even call them back . Horrible Horrible service . DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !! GO TO ANOTHER KIA DEALER
Was quoted 4K above MSRP for a base Telluride today. Unacceptable. Why have MRSP prices to begin with? You lost a sale at full msrp.
