We have used Karp for the 24 hour care of an elderly relative for the past almost 2 1/2 years. All the care aids have been very pleasant, reliable and trustworthy. They provide meal preparation, laundry, light cleaning, assisting with grocery shopping and doctor appointments, as well as great companionship. 24 hour care is very expensive, but Karp was the only agency that offered us a set rate for 12 hours, meaning a significant savings over the usual hourly rate.
