Excellent!
I rented a house from her that she failed to make any repairs. 3 yrs of living there, 4 holes in the roof, bats infested property and bugs took over. After multiple sprays in the house we called code enforcement up and that guy condemned house on site. It was clean and well taken care of except bugs. Once condemned, Karen herself didn't offer any help I to another place. She said we caused it by calling code enforcement.
