They initially offered the service for $230 and then four cleans later told me that to continue cleaning the space I would have to pay $300. I did not ask to change the cleaning criteria, I did not ask for them for more involved services, and I always let them know I was satisfied with the service. If you’re going to use them, I would make sure your rate is locked in or ask for a written contract. I have never come across this before.
Very professional, on time and completed the cleaning with a minimum of disrution. They did an exceptional job!
This is the first time I have used a cleaning service, and I am impressed. I did a deep cleaning. Commutation with Karol was easy with quick replies. Both Karol and her crew were on time for appointments. My house has never looked better. I am amazed how they got all the nooks and crannies.
