I am currently pregnant and was referred to this practice for an MFM consult. The process has taken almost a month to even get scheduled. I called today to follow up and when I expressed that I was frustrated in a calm way, the staff who was on the phone was extremely rude to me for asking questions. I haven’t even seen the doctor yet, so I can only hope they have more empathy than their support staff.
