I don't normally post negative reviews, but in this case I feel it necessary to do so in order to make others aware of what could also happen to them. Karoline abruptly quit on me (and refused to talk to me about why she did so) after 2 years of cleaning my 2 vacation rental condos. She quit on a Friday afternoon when she was scheduled for 2 turnover cleans on my rentals that Sunday morning and knowing I had guests checking in! Very unprofessional! With in the last few months Ms. ******* has cancelled cleaning on a regular basis for her home for one reason or another. She ask for the same team cleaning her home on regular basis.
