Fantastic all around service. So busy on a holiday, the service manager took time out to show us what we wanted. Our salesman was awesome too! Saw it, liked, it bought it! We cannot praise the staff of Karolina Koaches highly enough. We bought our trailer on ebay no reserve, as-is, repo. We did not expect the first class treatment we received. They completely cleaned the unit inside and out, repaired some hinges on the cupboard doors, took it to the tire store for a new set of tires, gave us a great price on a new hitch, and did a complete walk through explaining all the features and functions. Just did the test ride on our new Coachmen Prism,the Mercedes is awsome. Tim did a great job preparing everything. He explained everything in detail, we are now prepared for our first trip to the outerbanks in 2 weeks. Very good buying experience. Everybody is very helpful.
