Was torn on this review as Dr Patel is a great physician, nurses have been kind and the office runs relatively on time in my experiences there. The billing dept and administrative side of things are worse than I could have imagined, even after reading reviews. I thought “I mostly go for one annual physical a year, how hard can that be?” - I was SO wrong. Great experience , Dr. Patel understood all my needs and concerns. Its a great feeling to have that one on one Dr rather then who knows who I'm going to see as most offices are now. Highly recommend.
This place has to be avoided unless you want to deal with hidden charges. Dr. Patel was great but unfortunately as other reviews have noted, everyone else working here are terrible and it ruins the entire experience. I have spent months trying to discuss a charge and not only was it extremely difficult to get in contact with the office (being told multiple times that I would be receiving a call back and never receiving one, being on hold and forwarded to other people without being told prior, etc.) but some of the people I s... read more
