I recently returned to Dr. Patel after a year-long gap due to insurance changes, and I’m very glad I did. He is knowledgeable about my health history and picked up right where we left off, making thoughtful arrangements to continue my care. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly committed to his patients' well-being. I felt heard and supported, and I trust his expertise with my ongoing health concerns.
Dr Patel is an excellent doctor and provider! He’s smart, compassionate and listens well. I’m so lucky I found him!
Dr. Patel is fantastic, but if you need to speak to him about something after a visit or have a question, forget it. The Hackensack system can't handle that. You have to make another appointment just to talk to him, and they can't even squeeze you in. You have to wait weeks or months for a new appointment. Patient care isn't just the office visit.
