They were very nice to me. They only charged me $20.00 to diagnose my van. Plus they fixed a few vacuum leaks so my van would at least run until I can get the parts I need. Way better people than last time I went there. They did not treat me like I was stupid because I am a female! That means a lot when you look for a mechanic! I highly recommend them! ��
Complete ripoff, 3200 worth of semi tires that started wearing bad with less then 14k miles, presented to them and was laughed at, stay away from this place.!!!
They tried to charge me 18 for apatch.i had road hazard.its so unprofessional since Chuck is gone,employees smoking cigarettes n and arguing with themselves
I've never been more impressed with a tire/ mechanic shop! Friendly, polite & went out of their way to help with a rental car issue that Budget Rental didn't want to help with. They were set to close in 20 minutes when I pulled in & didn't have to help me at all! I would highly recommend Karnes to anyone! Thank you to the 2 gentleman that helped me out today! You are the best!
Poor service wait 2 hours to get new tires put on a vehicle. Very displeased with the service will find a better place to buy new tires.
