When I arrived, the store was not open and there was a sign on the door that said, “Be Right Back.” However, there was nothing posted indicating that the store closes for lunch or at any specific time during the day. This was extremely frustrating, especially when I was in a time crunch trying to obtain parts needed to get a customer’s AC system back up and running. As a result, the customer had to remain without cooling for a longer period than necessary.

These people act as if ... Like im not worthy of fixing my own equiptnent..and if im not a licensed evac contractor then apparantely my money isnt the same as if i was an hvac contractor. These guys could learn something if they were not talking down to their customers and showing off To coworkers showing just how childish immature and bullyish thugs can be as they wallow in their own garbage .thank you hvac supplier for doing as youve broadcasted..you have given me supply ...enough supply that will Get me my fill of your tr... read more
