Highly recommend!! Quality repair and service.
I have a Rigid Sewage Pump that failed, and was directed to Karn for repairs. What a lucky find for me. The knowledgable technician said they did not repair these pumps, but since mine had a lifetime warranty they would contact Rigid for me. They did so right away, and Rigid agreed to send out a replacement pump free of charge. Rigid was out of stock on these pumps for about 5 weeks.
