A very unprofessional individual who treats patients in a very inhumane manner. Makes threats to patients and insults their families. My friend left scarred from the experience. If you get this ugIy man as your provider, I pray for you.
My experience with Prakash Bhushan Karn was deeply negative and genuinely distressing. He showed no empathy or respect for me or my rights. He repeatedly misrepresented HIPAA, insisting it protected him rather than the patient. I felt threatened when he kept suggesting consequences that sounded like false imprisonment if I didn’t comply with everything he demanded.
