Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a specialist clinic. I initially left a voicemail asking the clinic to call me back, but received no response. I eventually had to go to the clinic in person just to arrange a telephone consultation with the assistant. Unfortunately, when the scheduled appointment time arrived, nobody called me. There was no notification, no explanation, and not even an apology. Dr. Karmy is extremely knowledgeable in pain management. He has a great bedside manner and is quite thorough in his treatments. The clinic is clean, quiet, and well-run. Sathy is very friendly, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Patients are treated with respect and dignity, and rarely do you wait long to see the doctor.
