"Avoid this shop for diagnostics. I brought in my 2015 Lancer for insurance-covered repairs, but they refused to address clearly bent components. My alignment sheet proves a Caster split (2^\circ 14' vs 2^\circ 25') which is not adjustable on this car—confirming mechanical damage. Despite this, they claimed it’s 'as good as it gets' while the car still pulls left and fails to return to center. They are refusing to restore my vehicle to its pre-loss condition. Unprofessional and lazy."
I have been buying parts here for 20 years. I only use ORM VW parts and the knowledge and friendly stuff at Karmart VW is unmatched!
This business does not care about their customers. It's all about the sale of a vehicle and the money in their pocket. They lied to us to get us to buy a vehicle. There was an issue we had. I said I would purchase the car if they would do AI would do b well. I did a, but they didn't do b. After I bought the car, do not go here. They lie and will rip you off. Terrible service, who wants to work with a liar? Or pay someone to lie to you.
