This place just won me over forever. Customer service is through the roof. I had to get a recall repair done on my Suzuki. The repair was fast and painless. Adam was friendly, funny and super thorough. His attitude alone would have sold me on the place but it just kept getting better and better. Harris Mitsubishi rotates tires for free with an oil change, Karmart charges $24.99 with a coupon. Harris has a nice waiting room too.
I'm completely horrified at how horrible I got treated. They damaged my car, inside is drenched and its scratched down to the metal. And when I tried to resolve the problem with them they laughed in my face. Dont let them touch your car if you want it in one piece. Fuck you guys, I've never been treated so horrid. I'll send anyone pictures of the damage to if there curious. This place needs to be shut down.
