The building is inviting and not ur standard blue with brick medical looking buildings, and my family and I appreciated that. The entry with the fireplace feels thoughtful. Our second appointment wait was a little longer than we would have liked to wait, but nothing astronomical. Our visit with the doctor was pleasant, she let me speak to the nurse coordinator Angela, when I had non medical questions. Angela, is AMAZING. She listens to hear u, not just to give u an answer. Had a wonderful experience. All staff and employees were very nice and helpful. Got in and out before my appointment time.
I have been here twice for a blood disorder (not cancer). Both times I have sat in the waiting area for nearly 2 hours past my appointment time. No update or eta from front staff. The second visit I just left. If I left my clients waiting that long, I wouldn’t have a business. Edit: four hours after my appointment, the doctor called me on my phone. Discussed a few things. Run while you still can!!! Drs are more interested in whats on their computer then anything coming out of your mouth, they dont even fake paying attention to you. The wait time is horrible, staff was rude. Ended up at University of Michigan - best decision EVER!!!
Worst place I have ever been to had appointment for 11:00 am I arrived 15 minutes early so that I could do their paperwork I wasn't even called back till 1210 pm then waited for fifteen minutes before the doctor came in . Staff was rude and disrespectful and could or would not keep us informed about how far behind they were. Unless this is a necessity I would not recommend this facility
