I have been here twice for a blood disorder (not cancer). Both times I have sat in the waiting area for nearly 2 hours past my appointment time. No update or eta from front staff. The second visit I just left. If I left my clients waiting that long, I wouldn’t have a business. Edit: four hours after my appointment, the doctor called me on my phone. Discussed a few things. Run while you still can!!! Drs are more interested in whats on their computer then anything coming out of your mouth, they dont even fake paying attention to you. The wait time is horrible, staff was rude. Ended up at University of Michigan - best decision EVER!!!
Worst place I have ever been to had appointment for 11:00 am I arrived 15 minutes early so that I could do their paperwork I wasn't even called back till 1210 pm then waited for fifteen minutes before the doctor came in . Staff was rude and disrespectful and could or would not keep us informed about how far behind they were. Unless this is a necessity I would not recommend this facility
Every time I have an appointment in this clinic the wait is absolutely horrible. Want to see the Doctor, figure out your whole day ahead of time because its at least an hour wait past your appointment time. Every time ! Very disappointing again. I understand that yes cancer patients but don't make other patients wait hour and hours on end.
Melissa at the front desk is wonderful-very caring and kind and responsive. Other than that, I'd give zero stars to this place. My mother has multiple myeloma and I tried to arrange treatment for her while she is in Michigan for the summer. My mother has medicare with supplemental private insurance. I spoke with her insurance company and her treatment was approved without a problem.
