Morgan is an excellent instructor. The studio is very clean and peaceful.
I found Karma about 4 years ago. So Calm and cozy, I can completely relax there, something that I dont do. Morgan is incredibly welcoming and so knowledgeable , and allows you to be completely present in the practice. The variety of classes are all amazing. Make sure to try a Reiki or any of Morgan's healing sessions as well, amazing experience. They even have market events as well as other special events on occassion. Such a beautiful community of people
I dropped in on an evening Yin Meditation class. I felt really fatigued before arriving, but the energy in that space practically instantly refreshed me and brought me to a place of easy and deep presence (in relation to my own practices). Morgan (the owner) created a great sensory environment that gave my consciousness a new kind of meditation experience. I have been to 5 classes so far and I am loving it! I instantly felt comfortable on day one (thanks Morgan!), and was able to relax into the meditation part of the class. It's been hard for me to clear my head, and sitting most of the day at a desk is rough on my body. Yoga is helping me in so many ways. What a great community <3
