I found Karma about 4 years ago. So Calm and cozy, I can completely relax there, something that I dont do. Morgan is incredibly welcoming and so knowledgeable , and allows you to be completely present in the practice. The variety of classes are all amazing. Make sure to try a Reiki or any of Morgan's healing sessions as well, amazing experience. They even have market events as well as other special events on occassion. Such a beautiful community of people
I dropped in on an evening Yin Meditation class. I felt really fatigued before arriving, but the energy in that space practically instantly refreshed me and brought me to a place of easy and deep presence (in relation to my own practices). Morgan (the owner) created a great sensory environment that gave my consciousness a new kind of meditation experience.
